Job summary

ORR Protection is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, develop, and administer our organization's learning programs. The role combines hands-on LMS administration with instructional design and content creation to support training initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring experience with adult learning principles, e-learning authoring tools, and collaborative work with SMEs to translate complex knowledge into engaging, accessible content. This is a remote role open to applicants nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
• Hands-on LMS administration including content uploads, user management, and reporting.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise; ability to build courses.
• Background in Fire & Mission Critical industry preferred.
• Familiarity with video editing or multimedia tools preferred.
• Experience with SCORM/xAPI and LMS integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an administrator for the organization's LMS, including course uploads, user enrollment, and learning path assignments.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and completion data.
• Generate LMS reports to track training completion, compliance, and engagement.
• Design, develop, and update e-learning courses and job aids using authoring tools.
