Euna Solutions is seeking a Learning Specialist to design and deliver customer education for its SaaS products. You will own end-to-end learning experiences—from creating eLearning courses to planning live and Simulive webinars—and partner with subject matter experts to translate complex product information into actionable content.

You’ll manage courses in the LMS, produce high-quality video content with Zoom and Camtasia, and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement for

Formación

• 3+ years designing and delivering training programs or customer education.
• Experience building end-to-end webinar programs (logistics, facilitation, follow-up).
• Strong writing and communication skills for accessible content.
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop customer-facing learning content for SaaS products.
• Own the webinar program from planning to post-session follow-up.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs.
• Create and maintain courses and learning paths in the LMS.
• Record and edit content using Zoom and Camtasia to high quality.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
