Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Learning Specialist to own the full lifecycle of customer learning experiences—designing courses, tutorials, and live or Simulive webinars. You will collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate complex SaaS product information into clear, actionable content for public sector customers.

Hybrid role with in-office days in Atlanta, GA. You’ll manage end-to-end webinar programs, maintain LMS content, and use Zoom/Camtasia to produce high-quality training

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating and delivering training programs or customer education initiatives.
• End-to-end webinar programs experience including logistics, facilitation, and follow-up.
• Strong writing, facilitation, and communication skills for clear, actionable content.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning authoring tools; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing learning materials (eLearning, tutorials, presentations).
• Own the full webinar program from planning to post-session follow-up.
• Collaborate with SME and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and translate complex product info.
• Maintain and organize courses and learning paths in the LMS.
• Record, edit, and produce learning content using Zoom and Camtasia to a high quality.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
