Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or related field preferable
• Master’s degree in ISD or ISD technology is advantageous
• Seven years of full-time ID experience; HR knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, and develops SHRM learning deliverables per audience structure
• Manages multiple projects with timelines and SME collaboration
• Cultivates relationships with SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Contributes to training generation and SHRM events when called upon
• Ensures accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA standards in all materials
• Conducts annual audits to update and redesign SHRM programs
• Keeps current with instructional design trends and technologies
