Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Learning Experience Designer to craft scalable eLearning content and multimedia experiences for the HR L&D function. You will design role-based journeys, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with distributed trainers to scale learning across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes instructional design, facilitation, and project management, with opportunities to pilot new content and influence enterprise-wide learning standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 4+ years instructional design/eLearning development
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
• Strong visual design and graphics skills
• Experience with multimedia content (video/audio)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience designing content for Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable learning experiences across multiple modalities
• Create role-based learning journeys (30/60/90-day plans) for three pillars
• Translate complex content into engaging materials
• Develop multimedia resources (videos, infographics)
• Design end-to-end learning journeys with personalized recommendations
• Maintain alignment with brand standards and accessibility requirements
• Facilitate select workshops and coach on delivery and facilitation
