Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies seeks a Learning & Development Specialist in Marathon, Wisconsin. You will execute and scale training programs, partner with leadership, and manage logistics to ensure a seamless learner experience.

You will lead facilitation, vendor coordination, and LMS administration while driving engagement, effectiveness, and organizational growth across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, education, or related field.
• 3-5 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• At least 2 years in Learning & Development.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience administering and maintaining LMS.
• Strong presentation, teaching, and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute learning programs aligned with strategies and priorities.
• Adapt and deploy learning content for organizational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and facilitators for delivery.
• Roll out learning initiatives across locations and audiences.
• Administer LMS, track certifications and learner records.
• Monitor program effectiveness and learner engagement.
