County Materials Family of Companies in Marathon, Wisconsin, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into scalable programs. You will lead program development, facilitation, project management, and LMS administration, partnering with leadership to deliver training that drives workforce growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field, 3–5 years in L&D or HR, experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience administering and maintaining LMS.
• Strong presentation, teaching, and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and project management skills with high accuracy.
• Resourceful problem solver with proactive approach.
• Customer service mindset with passion for supporting team member development.
• Willingness to obtain facilitator certifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute learning programs aligned with strategies and priorities.
• Customize and deploy learning content to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and facilitators for program delivery.
• Roll out learning initiatives across locations.
• Ensure materials and tools are current and accessible.
