Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee growth and organizational performance. This role combines adult learning principles with instructional design to deliver engaging digital learning experiences and support broader development initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating online content using Articulate 360, managing an LMS, facilitating blended training, and partnering with leaders to align programs with business goals and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating and delivering digital learning content and instructor‑led training.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Support enterprise learning initiatives related to leadership development, professional growth, onboarding, career pathways, and performance improvement.
• Assist in developing competency‑based learning programs that align employee development with business objectives.
• Create engaging online learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Develop e‑learning modules, videos, microlearning content, job aids, facilitator guides, and blended learning solutions.
• Translate complex technical and operational information into learner‑focused, practical training materials.
