Job summary

You will lead needs assessments, develop competency-based learning, administer the LMS, and facilitate blended sessions with stakeholders in Operations, Safety, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience creating and delivering digital learning content and instructor-led training.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
