Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, HR, OD, or related field.
• 2+ years in instructional design, learning and development, training coordination, or related talent function.
• Proficiency with learning technologies and content-development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience creating eLearning, job aids, storyboards, scripts, or facilitator resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of learning projects, balancing priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Consult with leaders and SMEs to identify performance needs and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Transform content into instructor‑led, virtual, and eLearning experiences.
• Create and maintain course materials, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and communications.
