Job summary

First American is seeking a Learning Solutions professional to design, develop, and implement training content across instructor-led, self-paced, and digital formats. You will work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are met, measure training outcomes, and contribute to LMS maintenance.

4–7 years experience in professional training is expected, with a strong grasp of ADDIE/ARCS and tools like Adobe/Articulate.

Qualifications

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements to all levels.
• Gather information and analyze data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Work with subject matter experts and sponsors to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Present complex information using instructionally effective methods.
• Analyze/assess training effectiveness and adjust.
• Track employee performance and measure training outcomes.
• May recommend training methods.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
