Job summary

First American, a leading provider of title insurance protection and settlement services, seeks an experienced Learning Content Designer to create instructional materials for instructor-led, self-paced, and mobile formats. You will apply ADDIE, ARCS, and Bloom's taxonomy to design, develop, and evaluate training programs for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years' experience in training design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Design learning content for instructor-led, self-paced and mobile training.
• Perform needs analysis and communicate requirements across levels.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and sponsors to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track performance and training outcomes; participate in LMS maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's, etc.
• Perform needs/job analysis and effectively communicate development requirements to all levels within the organization.
• Gather information and compile/analyze data to determine the most appropriate learning methods for diverse work groups.
• Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, business sponsors and students to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Present complex information using instructionally effective methods.
• Analyze/assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and measure training outcomes.
• May recommend training methods.
• May participate in system administration and course maintenance, such as Learning Management System (LMS)
