Winning Truths International (WTI) is a Kansas City-based Learning & Development and Strategic Communications consulting firm that helps organizations strengthen leaders, teams, and workplace culture.

We are seeking an experienced, engaging Learning & Development Training Facilitator to co-facilitate virtual and in-person professional development sessions. The candidate must be available for in-person sessions in the Kansas City metro area.

Our training focuses on topics including leadership development, change management, workplace belonging, empathy, metacognition and self-awareness, communication, psychological safety, accountability, and team effectiveness.

• Has experience facilitating professional or adult learning sessions
• Is engaging, confident, and comfortable leading group discussions and activities
• Has an interest in leadership development, workplace culture, and organizational growth
• Is dependable, self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Is comfortable facilitating both virtually and in person
• Has reliable computer equipment and internet access

Experience in learning and development, leadership training, organizational development, coaching, change management, communications, or facilitation is preferred.

Schedule

This is a part-time, contract, as-needed position with hours based on client demand for in-person and virtual training sessions.
