Coldspring seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our training programs. You will lead the LMS, build structured learning paths, track progress, and report on training effectiveness across the organization.

You will partner with leaders to identify development needs, create development plans for high-potential employees, and support succession planning with targeted learning initiatives. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Talent Development, or related field.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred, Paylocity LMS a plus.
Experience designing employee development programs and training curricula preferred.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and employee development practices.
Experience managing learning management systems and training records.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with leaders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program effectiveness.

Develop and implement the organization's learning and development strategy.
Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs across departments.
Recommend improvements to learning initiatives based on employee feedback and organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).
Create, assign, track, and report on training completion requirements.
Maintain employee training records and documentation.
Update training content, learning paths, and course catalogs within the LMS.
Generate reports and metrics related to training participation and effectiveness.
Design and maintain structured learning paths for employees seeking career advancement opportunities.
Create development plans for high-potential employees in partnership with managers.
Assist with succession planning initiatives through targeted learning and development programs.
Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Research, evaluate, and recommend external training providers and learning resources.
Coordinate training events, workshops, certifications, and educational opportunities.
Manage relationships with training vendors and educational partners.
Monitor training expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of learning resources.
Develop and maintain training policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training initiatives.
Ensure required compliance and job-specific training is properly documented and tracked.
Maintain records necessary for audits, regulatory requirements, and internal reporting.
Assist with conducting companywide training initiatives
Monitor and report on training participation, completion, and effectiveness.
Track key metrics related to employee development and learning outcomes.
Provide leadership with regular updates on learning and development initiatives.
