• Strong communication and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and measure internal staff development initiatives.
• Assist with new hire training and policy testing.
• Provide cross-department support to enhance member service.
• Test system upgrades and special projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
