Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across the organization. The role focuses on boosting onboarding effectiveness, employee performance, and ongoing professional development within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of L&D or instructional design experience, strong PowerPoint skills, and proven LMS expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design.
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to create engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and scalable solutions.
• Manage and maintain the LMS including uploads, tracking, and reporting.
• Create engaging training materials and polished PowerPoint presentations.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve content.
