Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Learning Specialist I to consult with and support enterprise clients by conducting needs assessments, developing training resources, and delivering a range of programs. You will collaborate with SMEs to design instructor-led, e-learning, and blended formats, and evaluate learner outcomes across levels 1–4.

The role emphasizes building client rapport and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability and motivation to learn and expand own skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and authoring tools.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver diverse training programs.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with management teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and support clients across the enterprise.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide resources to meet requirements.
• Design, develop, and partner with SMEs to create training programs and resources.
• Deliver instructor-led, computer-based, and blended trainings; develop course materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness (levels 1–4) and coach on-the-job training.
