Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Training & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver programs that improve employee skills, engagement, and career growth. You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and trainers to assess needs and measure impact.

Responsibilities include applying adult learning principles, building ILT, virtual, and e-learning modules, managing LMS records, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in learning & development, corporate training, or instructional design.
• Experience facilitating training sessions and creating engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs using adult learning and instructional design.
• Conduct needs assessments and align initiatives with business goals.
• Manage LMS records, enrollments, and program evaluations.
• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
• Lead continuous improvement of training programs through data analysis.
