Uline is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to oversee training and development for the Finance team, expanding staff skills across North American locations.

You will design onboarding and ongoing training programs, collaborate with finance leadership, and track progress to drive performance. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency are required, with travel as needed.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
