Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for the Finance team at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI. This on-site role will design onboarding, update training materials, and deliver development sessions to drive high performance.

You will monitor progress, report to leadership, and partner with finance staff to expand skills across North American locations. Travel for audits/training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow‑up training for all new hires.
• Create, update and maintain department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead training for Uline’s Accounts Payable team, supporting employees from onboarding through ongoing skill development.
• Create and maintain training materials, including job aids, process documentation and engaging e-learning content.
• Partner with AP leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and improve learning programs.
• Communicate department process updates, policy changes and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Monitor employee progress, partnering with AP leadership on coaching and follow-up training.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Training or Education. Experience in Accounts Payable a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience teaching, coaching or developing others preferred.
• Experience creating training materials or e-learning content preferred.
