Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to oversee training for the Finance team at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role drives onboarding, develops materials, and delivers development sessions to raise performance.

You’ll monitor progress, create newsletters and policy updates, and partner with leadership to expand staff skills across North America. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus 1+ year in finance, are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
