Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Learning Development Specialist for its Finance team. You will oversee onboarding, mentor new hires, and develop training materials to grow staff capabilities across North America.

Role requires collaboration with leadership, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel for audits and training across locations. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong time management and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.

• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
