Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for Finance at its Pleasant Prairie, WI campus to oversee training and development for the Finance team as the company continues to grow as a leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

The role focuses on creating and updating training materials, onboarding new hires, facilitating sessions, and tracking progress for leadership. Travel to North American locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong time management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
• Create, update and maintain department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
