Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for Finance to mentor staff and expand skills across multiple locations in the region.

You will onboard new hires, update training materials, deliver development sessions, and report progress to leadership while circulating newsletters and policy updates to the Finance team in Pleasant Prairie and other Uline locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
