Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to oversee onboarding, mentoring, and development for the Finance team. The role will grow staff skills as the company expands its position as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

The role includes creating training materials, delivering development sessions, and publishing newsletters and memos, with travel to North American locations for audits and training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations for auditing and training.
