Job summary

Uline’s three-year finance rotation program provides hands-on experience in Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit, while you work alongside experienced professionals to elevate your skillset and build a strong foundation for your career.

You will rotate through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Credit, gain leadership mentoring from senior leaders, and be placed in a leadership role aligned with your strengths upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to help guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with internal and external teams.
