Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning Development Specialist for the Finance team at Corporate Headquarters. This on-site role focuses on onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing development across North America locations as needed.

You will create and maintain finance training materials, deliver development sessions, and communicate updates to leadership. Travel to various locations is part of the role to ensure consistent training standards.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
