Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, invites you to join its three-year Finance Rotation Program. You will rotate through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit, gaining hands-on experience and leadership opportunity.

You'll build leadership skills, network with senior leaders, and aim for a leadership role after completion. The program emphasizes on-site collaboration and a strong foundation for a finance career at Uline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to help guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with internal and external teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience a plus.
