Job summary

Uline’s Finance Leadership Trainee program offers a three-year rotation across Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will build leadership skills, network with senior leaders, and secure a leadership role upon completion.

The program targets graduates with a finance or accounting degree and emphasizes hands-on learning, mentoring, and a strong foundation for a finance career within a family-owned, nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to help guide team performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
