Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for the Finance team at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will oversee onboarding, training material creation, and ongoing development efforts to enhance staff skills as we grow as a leading distributor.

Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, producing memos and newsletters, and reporting progress to leadership. Travel to North American locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new staff.
• Create, update and maintain Finance department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to drive performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
