Job summary

Mpcg Mobile in the United States is seeking a Training Executive to design and deliver programs that build employee skills across all levels. You will conduct training sessions, assess gaps, and create engaging materials for hands-on learning.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, track the impact of trainings, and provide coaching to reinforce new knowledge. The role requires staying current with e-learning and blended learning methods and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or mobile industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and content crafting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and assessments.
• Create training materials, including presentations and handouts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content up-to-date.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Provide coaching to reinforce learning and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
