Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Program Support Specialist with experience in federal human capital programs, particularly learning and development. You will provide program support for multiple L&D programs, manage LMS enrollments, track budgets with the budget analyst, and coordinate stakeholder communications.

Expect quarterly travel to NASA centers and close collaboration with multiple teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of related experience, strong organization, communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Familiarity with AI literacy and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of the program and related activities.
• Offer assistance, technical guidance and support to customers on regulatory and instructional materials.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule offsite trainings.
• Enter all scheduled classes into the LMS; manage enrollments and cancellations.
• Ensure delivery and quality of administrative processes (nomination letters, acceptance/regret letters).
• Market training offerings and maintain SharePoint pages for accuracy.
• Organize records and data calls; maintain a tracking system for requests.
