Responsibilities

• Oversee learning and development programs and annual budget.
• Design, develop, and deliver employee training.
• Evaluate external training resources and coordinate logistics.
• Update training materials for effectiveness.

• Administer learning systems and engagement assessments.
• Maintain compliance training programs.
• Foster stakeholder relationships.
