Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a Manager, Learning & Development in Denver, CO to build and execute enterprise learning across leadership, professional, and technical roles. You will partner with executives to translate talent strategy into scalable programs and develop career pathways that empower teams and individuals.

You will design curricula, lead ILT/vILT sessions, and drive measurement of learning impact using the Kirkpatrick model and ROI as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5-7 years of proven and progressive Learning & Development or Training Manager experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with learning technology and LMS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong stakeholder consulting, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise Talent strategy into an actionable multi-year L&D roadmap.
• Create career development opportunities and career paths with leadership.
• Assess learning-needs and capability gaps with leadership and PBPs.
• Design scalable curricula, learning pathways, academies, and programs.
• Lead ILT and vILT delivery and onboarding sessions using adult learning methods.
• Measure learning impact using Kirkpatrick and business KPIs.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing L&D team.
