Our platform integrates products, services, and technology into a single solution that connects customers to the insights and tools they need. We operate from Portland, Maine, with over 5,000 employees serving more than 100,000 customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Consulting Serve as the primary learning consultant for designated business units, translating business strategies into targeted learning solutions that drive performance and growth. Align unit learning strategies to the overall L&D roadmap, advise on when learning is or isn’t the right solution, and prioritize requests based on value and resource availability.

Portfolio Ownership & Governance Own and manage the learning portfolio for assigned areas, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic needs. Oversee the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis, design, and implementation to sustainment and renewal. Partner with the LMS Administration team to maintain content accuracy, user access, and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build trust‑based relationships with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross‑functional partners. Act as the point of contact for content updates, maintenance, and performance discussions. Communicate progress and impact through data‑driven storytelling in reviews and business meetings.

Learning Experience Design & Quality Guide the Design team to deliver engaging, relevant, and human‑centered solutions. Champion AI‑enabled methods, blended learning, digital experiences, simulations, and microlearning. Upskill the team in human‑centered design, accessibility, and performance consulting. Ensure all projects meet milestones, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Measurement & Insights Collaborate with design to define and implement success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze data. Use insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate business results.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the Learning Innovation Lab to maintain consistency, drive innovation, and align enterprise strategies. Champion a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Manage competing priorities and stay informed on external learning trends.

  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement methodologies.
