Job summary

Karoo Health is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to oversee onboarding and design, implement, and evaluate learning programs. This hybrid role supports on-site activities in Denver and monthly in-person engagements to boost team capability and culture.

You will partner with leaders to identify training needs, track CME and licensure, and help scale People Operations initiatives for a growing digital health environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development or organizational development.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for care delivery, operations, and technology teams.
• Experience supporting healthcare licensure, CE tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve onboarding programs and experiences.
• Coordinate CME requirements and credentialing activities with stakeholders.
• Support People Operations initiatives and maintain scalable policies and procedures.
