Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or HR certificate preferred.
• 3+ years in hotel operations or training experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff to meet guest expectations.
• Strong employee relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Paycom HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to staff; manage department goals and performance.
• Review and enhance training programs to improve engagement and retention.
• Ensure training materials meet Forbes/AAA standards and resort operations needs.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver training across the property.
• Oversee training of new hires and departmental orientations.
