Fluency is seeking an Instructional Designer (Contractor) to join our Learning Experience team. The ideal candidate will learn the Fluency platform quickly, partner with SMEs to translate complex topics into clear training, and produce with minimal hand-holding.

This fixed-term contract runs December 7, 2026 to May 7, 2027, at 15–20 hours per week. You will design and update training materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure content is accessible to diverse knowledge levels

Formación

• 5+ years in designing and building technical, self-guided e-learning.
• Familiar with Docebo LMS and Parta tools.
• Ability to distill complex topics into clear training materials.
• Strong writing and visual design sensibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the Fluency platform quickly and understand the digital advertising industry.
• Adapt training materials to different knowledge levels for engagement.
• Create and update training materials including job aids, help center articles, and self-guided modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs to simplify complex topics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure training delivery is aligned.
