Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Learning And Development Manager to coach Guides and scale a bold EdTech coaching model. You will lead life skills workshops, manage a student cohort, and drive excellence through data-driven coaching.

Campus roles require staying in Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin, or Fort Worth, with relocation support and day-one health benefits. The role offers a competitive $150,000 USD salary paid weekly and W2 benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, learning and development, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to drive improvements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
• Manage your own student cohort, modeling coaching excellence and accountability.
