Job summary

Atlas Search in Manhattan, a FinTech firm with a hybrid in-office/remote model, seeks a senior learning and development leader to shape strategy and drive execution. You will oversee the design and delivery of L&D offerings, align them with department and agency goals, and partner with HR on initiatives and analytics.

The role requires strong leadership, design and facilitation skills, and exceptional communication across levels. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years experience in learning and development.
• FinTech experience preferred; professional services experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Blend of design and facilitation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with a variety of people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
