Job summary

Fluence Energy is seeking a skilled Training & Development Manager to design, develop, and administer onboarding and continuous learning programs. You will manage the LMS, create modular content, and produce engaging video trainings to support a scalable learning ecosystem.

The role requires 2-3 days in the office, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to keep content current and compliant.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design and content development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning content for multiple roles within the LMS.
• Modularize new training content for all roles in the LMS.
• Keep onboarding content updated on the Lightning SharePoint site.
• Build interactive course content using Articulate 360 Rise to create scalable e-learning modules.
• Maintain LMS integrity: active users, course assignments, and permissions.
• Generate and distribute reports on training completion, compliance, and program effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary LMS administrator (Absorb preferred), troubleshooting issues and optimizing system use.
• Facilitate live and virtual onboarding and learning sessions across roles and departments.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation using Scribe.
