This internship is ideal for undergraduate or graduate students seeking exposure to corporate training, human resources, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Some college classes completed in Business, HR or similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Preferredexperience: Canva, AI video tools, Microsoft Forms, basic video editing, familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute training materials, participant packets, name badges, sign‑in sheets, and evaluation forms.
• Send a weekly reminder each Monday highlighting upcoming training and registration information based on the monthly calendar.
• Maintain accurate employee training records and documentation.
• Enter and update training completion data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Generate and distribute routine reports on training attendance, completion, and compliance.
• Assist with updating presentations, training manuals, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
