Accelevation LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Miamisburg, Ohio. This onsite internship offers hands-on experience supporting customer projects from scope through proposal and execution in data center environments.

You will work with engineering, operations, and sales teams, gaining insight into infrastructure solutions and project management while being mentored by experienced leaders. This program develops hands-on skills and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, PM, construction mgmt, business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in defining and documenting project scopes, requirements, deliverables, and customer expectations
• Maintain project documentation and files to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility
• Coordinate requests for engineering resources and subject matter experts to support project execution
• Support project planning activities and help track key deliverables and milestones
• Assist in preparing customer proposals and solution documentation for sales teams and clients
• Work with engineering teams to gather information for project and proposal development
• Help maintain project schedules, action items, and communication records
• Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, operations, and project teams
• Assist with reporting and project status updates as needed
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Solutions Engineering organization
