Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver training programs to support leadership development, professional skills, compliance, and technical training using internal and external partnerships.
• Partner with leaders and HR to create development plans for employees and teams.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), learning content, and external training vendors.
• Support career development and inclusion through onboarding, career development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
• Track learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
