Job summary

Firefighters First Federal Credit Union in Hendersonville, TN seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and job aids, aligned with organizational goals.

You’ll administer the LMS, update content, collaborate with SMEs and leadership, deliver trainings both virtually and in-person, assess effectiveness, and stay current with instructional design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with web development tools, authoring tools, e-learning technologies, and the Adobe Suite.
• Experience working with Articulate and creating training programs and content.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Training Content: Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, job aids).
• Update and enhance training content to reflect policy/regulatory changes and best practices.
• LMS Administration: manage training content, tracking, and user experience.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Deliver training sessions (virtual/in-person) across curriculum areas.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and surveys.
