Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the development of our employees across multiple Florida locations. The role focuses on coordinating training programs, maintaining records, onboarding initiatives, and partnering with leadership to ensure teams have the knowledge and resources they need.

This position requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings or presenting information to groups.
• Experience coordinating training, HR programs, learning & development, or operations support preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Build, maintain, and manage employee training records and tracking systems.
• Partner with the Training Manager to develop, improve, and implement training programs.
• Coordinate onboarding training for new employees.
• Ensure required training is completed and documented accurately.
• Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations to employees and leadership.
• Monitor training progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on training participation, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate training logistics, including materials, meeting spaces, technology, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records and training documentation.
• Support company initiatives focused on employee development and operational excellence.
