Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with training coordination, HR, or operations support preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain training tracking systems and records.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions across multiple locations.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
• Partner with the Training Manager to develop and improve training programs.
• Ensure completion and compliance of required training for all team members.
• Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations company-wide.
• Track progress, report on training effectiveness, and identify gaps.
• Support onboarding training coordination for new hires.
• Assist with logistics (materials, locations, travel coordination, etc.).
• Maintain organization of training resources, documentation, and LMS systems.

The Role

This position will be based in Panama City, FL , with regular travel to Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach , and occasional travel to Tallahassee and Foley, AL.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating, tracking, and supporting training initiatives across the company while partnering closely with leadership and the Training Manager.
