This Learning and Development Coordinator role focuses on engaging newly hired employees and the Ready For Allocation team while fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing RFA processes, enhancing employee experience and culture, and partnering with HR to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Protect data privacy and sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency with Workday HRIS and PTO management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFA administrative routine responsibilities.
• Oversee RFA transitions and staffing changes with resourcing.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to deliver development opportunities.
• Coordinate HR offboarding with the HR team.
