Devon Energy is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support its learning and talent development strategy. This position involves logistical, administrative, and operational support, ensuring effective implementation of development programs at the Houston headquarters.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in L&D or LMS administration, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional skills in problem solving and attention to detail are essential, along with strong communication abilities.

The Learning and Development Coordinator is instrumental in advancing Devon Energy’s learning and talent development strategy by delivering comprehensive logistical, administrative, and operational support to the L&D function. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
This position is located on-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Monday-Thursday with Flex Fridays.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in human resources, or a related field
Percent of Travel Required: 10%
