Working with the Learning & Development Manager, partners, and HR, you will provide operational support while developing skills in instructional design and learning strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Maintain learning records, attendance, evaluations, and reporting within the LMS.
• Prepare participant materials, facilitator resources, and program documentation.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and other talent programs through coordination and admin support.
• Assist with learning communications, websites, and resource management.
• Support EMS Room Reservation System for NCH.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning materials.
• Update and maintain learning content for accuracy and consistency.
• Research learning trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and departments to support initiatives.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and learning metrics.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and professional development.
